Hello fun! I decided I needed a nice birthday present in February 2006, so I gave myself a trip to San Jose Del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas. I stayed in San Jose Del Cabo because it is a little more laid back, and you can actually get a place right on the ocean. At $330 a night it was a real bargain, hee hee. Actually in their defense it was a 1000 square foot suite overlooking the ocean.

All the pictures were taken with a new Nikon digital SLR. What an awesome camera. These pictures do not represent the quality it takes because they have been reduced so much.

Stay away from the high pressure Time Share presentations. The will promise you the world and drive you nuts at the presentation. They are extreme high pressure. I knew better, I did not go, but did listen to everyone elses griping.

The view from the hotel room was awesome!

The left picture is where the bus dumped me off in Cabo. From San Jose Del Cabo to Cabo San Lucas its $35 by cab each way. It’s $2 to ride the express bus. The gal on the right was my favorite bartender at the hotel, Teresa. Her ambition in life is to open her own tattoo parlor.

The gal on the left gave me a massage. I had never had one from a stranger, so when she told me to take all my clothes off I was shocked. I said to her “couldn’t we talk a while and get to know each other first?” The right picture is in Cabo San Lucas. I guess they are afraid someone will steal the bathroom key!

Some guys I met from Hawaii. I am not bashful. They found out it was my birthday so they decided to order me a LARGE Cabo Wabo tequila shot. I was the only one that got the wash tub glass. They were smirking and bought me some more. I drank it also. At $75 a bottle I guess they gave up after that. I smirked then.

In my favorite restaurant in San Jose Del Cabo. Of course the shopping everywhere.

The left picture is the harbor at Cabo. I went on a dinner cruise for my birthday. The right picture? I just thought the colors were purty.

More color. Right picture is the view of Cabo from the harbor.

Somewhere in San Jose. The right pictures are some Ethiopians I met one night, obviously not starving. The last girl on the right was part of the entertainment. Man did she like to get her picture taken, I must have 8-10. That is the most women I ever had in one sitting.

Left, my date. Me, where else, in another restaurant. I think I ate most of Mexico on that trip.
